Panoramic views abound from all rooms and three balconies of Mission Bay, Pacific Ocean, and jetty. Other views include Sea World fireworks during the summer and holidays, and boats passing by on their way to the ocean.

The fourth sleeping area is a convertible den that has a queen-size sofa bed. The living room also has a queen size sofa sleeper.   Other appointments abound such as a second full bath with Jacuzzi jetted tub,  a third half bath, televisions in all rooms, marble and tile  floors, mirrored walls, beautiful art, DSL service, elevator and covered secure 2 car parking.  Mission Beach Penthouse has been professionally decorated and furnished.
